Dr. Williams currently serves as the Executive Administrator to Horatious Harris, the Lead Pastor of New Birth Charlotte. She holds a Doctor of Theology and has a passion to see leaders equip themselves to lead the way God has designed for them to lead. Dr. Williams has taught numerous classes from theology to leadership and technology. While working with a team of other leaders, we developed a leadership development curriculum. She is currently developing curriculum to help children find their purpose.
